Praxis developed the Skills Development Environment (“SDE”) program to provide a training and evaluation tool for console operators. Through the combined application of simulation, and computer-based training, the SDE program delivers dynamic real-time training to the user while tailoring lessons and simulation behavior based on user responses. This dynamic multi-path training tool can be used to recreate entire processes including console interfaces, or conversely it can be used to illustrate simple processes.

•    Honing and refining skills
•    Emergency preparedness training via simulation of critical situations
